Training built around your dog's stage and your schedule.
Every program starts with a free phone evaluation so we can recommend the right fit — most owners begin within the first few sessions to see meaningful change, though timelines vary by dog.
Puppy Foundations
Socialization, crate and potty routines, name recognition, and the first building blocks of leash manners for pups 8–20 weeks.
In-Home Obedience
One-on-one sessions at your house covering sit, stay, recall, loose-leash walking, and polite greetings — tailored to your household.
Behavior Consultation
Focused work on reactivity, jumping, resource guarding, or separation anxiety, with a written plan you can keep practicing.
Group Manners Class
Small groups of 4–6 dogs practicing focus and impulse control around real-world distractions, led by a certified trainer.
Board & Train
Your dog stays with a trainer for an immersive block of training, followed by owner handoff sessions so the habits transfer home.
Off-Leash & Advanced
For dogs with solid basics, working toward reliable off-leash recall and calm behavior in public and around other animals.
Exact pricing depends on your dog's needs and program length and is confirmed during your free evaluation call — we don't publish flat rates because every plan is customized.
From first call to a dog you enjoy living with.
Free phone evaluation
We ask about your dog's history, your goals, and any specific behaviors you're working on.
Custom training plan
Your trainer recommends a program and schedule based on your dog's age, temperament, and your home.
Hands-on sessions
We train in the environments your dog actually lives in — your home, your yard, your neighborhood.
Practice & follow-up
You get homework between sessions and a follow-up check-in after the program ends.
What training with us has looked like.
Our rescue used to bolt at the sight of the leash. After the behavior consultation and a few weeks of practice, walks are actually relaxing now.
The puppy program gave us a routine to follow instead of guessing. Crate training clicked in about a week.
Group class was the right call for our social but distractible lab. He's far steadier around other dogs now.
Individual results vary by dog, consistency of practice, and behavior history.
Good to know before you call.
Do you train in my home or at a facility? +
Most one-on-one programs happen in your home and neighborhood, since that's where your dog needs to behave. Group manners classes meet at a local training space — we'll confirm the location when you book.
What training method do you use? +
We use positive-reinforcement, force-free methods: rewarding behaviors you want to see more of, and managing the environment to reduce ones you don't. We don't use shock, prong, or choke-based corrections.
How old does my dog need to be to start? +
Puppies can start as early as 8 weeks with age-appropriate Puppy Foundations sessions. There's no upper age limit for adult dog training.
What areas do you serve? +
We currently serve the greater local area by appointment. Call (559) 550-2259 and we'll confirm whether your address is within our service range.
How much does training cost? +
Cost depends on the program and number of sessions your dog needs. We'll walk through exact pricing on your free phone evaluation before you commit to anything.
